South Worcestershire College has an excellent reputation in the local community and we offer you a wide range of high quality courses which have been specially selected for our local community. We are flexible and today many of our courses are delivered not only on our College Campuses in Evesham and Malvern but also in community outreach locations, on employers' premises and in corporate conference facilities. In addition to this we are continuing to develop e-learning to support and deliver learning via the internet.
During our recent OFSTED Inspection, South Worcestershire College received a Satisfactory grade but we have already made significant progress towards our goal to achieve an Outstanding grade. The College did receive Good (Grade 2) grades for many of its specialist areas such as: the Engineering curriculum areas which includes, motor vehicle, mechanical engineering and land-based service engineering; Provision for 14-16 Year Old Learners; Employer Responsive provision; Learners feeling safe; Providing a Positive Contribution to their Community; Meeting the needs and interests of the Learners; Partnerships; Safeguarding Learners; and Engaging with Learners to promote improvement.
The Inspectors also found that the College’s provision for Learners with learning difficulties or disabilities and for Learners who require additional specialist care, such as those with acquired brain injuries, was very good.
