The Academy offers you the opportunity to develop skills that employers need using fun, innovative and traditional teaching methods. The age range of students is varied and the subjects covered on a full time basis are diverse and include:
- Association of Accounting Technicians (foundation through to intermediate)
- Business Administration
- Technical and hardware support for the IT industry
- E-Media – using IT in a multimedia world
- General IT skills for the workplace using modern office technology
- Apprenticeships in accounting and business administration
Courses
The part time day and evening courses will train you with equally diverse subjects with skills for the workplace or your own enjoyment:
- Bookkeeping
- SAGE
- Web design
- Computer Basics and general IT skills
- Photoshop
- GCSE English or Maths
- A range of NVQs including business administration, leadership and hospitality
Qualifications
The professionally recognised qualifications will give you the knowledge and skills that employers are seeking and are taught through the evening so that you can improve your promotional chances whilst still working:
- COMP TIA A+ (recognised computer industry qualification)
- Association of Accounting Technicians (Foundation through to Technician)
- Institute of Leadership and Management – basic team working skills through to a senior management qualification

We have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the academy to help businesses grow, so if you are a business looking for short, reasonably priced, relevant training for you or your staff then we can help.
