Fee Refunds
Refunds will not be made to students who, having enrolled, find the course unsuitable or cannot otherwise attend, as these matters should be determined prior to enrolling. There will be no refunds for withdrawal from a one-term course, regardless of circumstances. Information and refund application forms can be obtained from the Admissions Officer on (01386) 712601.

Course Cancellations
The College very much regrets having to cancel courses at such short notice - please help us to avoid this by enrolling at least 7 days before the commencement date of your chosen course.

Minimum student numbers are required for courses to run. The College reserves the right to cancel or combine a course due to insufficient recruitment and will aim to give a minimum of three day's notice. Students may be offered the opportunity to transfer to a similar course which may be at a different time or day, or request a refund.

Attendance and Withdrawals
Course subsidies to the College are withdrawn if a student fails to attend. The College will assume you have left a course if you fail to attend for 4 consecutive weeks, and then may make your place available to another student. If you know you may be absent but wish to continue your attendance at a later date, or if you wish to leave your course, please inform the Admissions Officer in writing.

Full details and information on all of the above can be obtained from the College Admissions Officer on (01386) 712601 and (01684) 584550 or from College Reception. General information leaflets on issues such as 'Financial Assistance' and 'Benefits and Remission Entitlements' are available from College Reception.
