How to Apply
1. If you are interested in any courses and would like further information or advice please complete the South Worcestershire College Enquiry Form in the back of our prospectus and return it to us. (If you still have queries, no matter how small, contact a member of College staff or speak to your Connexions Advisor).

2. If you know which course(s) you wish to apply for then complete the South Worcestershire College Application Form for Full Time courses (Our online application form requires Adobe Acrobat) in the back of our prospectus and send it to:

Further copies of the form can be obtained from your Connexions Advisor or College Reception.

3. Once we receive your form, you will either be sent information or invited to the College to discuss the course(s) you are interested in.

4. As soon as your exam results are published the College will be able to confirm your place.

Course Fees and Financial Assistance
Tuition fees are payable by students over the age of 19 years who are wishing to attend a full-time course unless they are in receipt of an income based benefit or are enrolling on their first full Level 2 qualification or if aged 19 up to 25 years of age enrolling on their first full Level 3 qualification (please contact the Admissions Office on 01386 712601 for further details).

Students aged 16 to 19 may qualify for an Educational Maintenance Award and/or assistance towards travel costs. Students aged 19 years and over enrolling on their first full Level 2 or full Level 3 may be eligible for an Adult Learning Grant. All full time students in Further Education aged 19 and over who are experiencing financial difficulties and are not in receipt of other awards are encouraged to apply to the Student Support Fund. Application forms are available from the Student Support Funds Administrator at the Evesham campus. Telephone 01386 712624.

Full-time students who are aged 19+ who are in receipt of income based benefits are automatically eligible for a £50.00 award.

Information, advice and guidance
The College aims to provide an impartial guidance service to anyone considering applying for a Full Time course. If you are not sure which course is most suitable, the College has an Admissions Team committed to giving impartial advice and guidance. To make contact with the Team you should get in touch by calling (01386) 712603. You can also complete and return the Enquiry Form inside the back of our Full Time Prospectus.

All full time students are expected to formally apply and have an interview for all the courses they are interested in. If you know which subjects or courses you want to apply for (you can choose more than one), you should complete and return the Application Form, which can be found in the back of your Prospectus, or from the College Admissions Officer. When your form has been received you will be contacted by the College and asked to come in for an interview with the relevant member of staff.
